BARE is now Candee ☁️

Okay… a lot has changed around here 😂

A few months ago I launched BARE Home Fragrance with candles, room sprays and wax melts.

Over 500 orders, 100+ five-star reviews and a ridiculous amount of wax later, I learnt a lot about what you guys love, what I love making, and what I actually wanted this business to become.

And honestly? Wax melts were it. ☁️

So, why Candee?

As the business grew, I realised BARE didn't really feel like me anymore.

BARE was beautiful, neutral and minimal.

Apparently, I am not 😂

I'm cheeky, silly, probably swear too much and don't take myself too seriously. I wanted a business where I could actually be myself instead of constantly wondering if I sounded professional enough.

I wanted colour. Personality. Fun scents. Little clouds. Stupid jokes. And a brand that actually sounded and felt like the person behind it.

That's Candee. 🩷

And why only wax melts?

Because I realised I don't need to make everything.

Wax melts were becoming the products you guys loved most, and they're also what I love creating most.

They give me so much more freedom to play with scents, colours and ideas, from perfume favourites and Glasshouse-inspired scents to Lush types and nostalgic throwbacks.

So instead of trying to do candles, room sprays, melts and everything else, I'm putting all my energy into doing one thing really bloody well.

Same business. New era. ☁️

Candee isn't starting over.

Everything I learnt building BARE, every order, review, mistake and late night, got me here.

Candee is just the version of this business that finally feels like me.

Louder. Pinker. Cloudier. Cheekier. And probably a little bit unhinged. 😂
